Chance Meeting
So the morning was like every other morning , I awoke made a coffee, sat at my table and opened my laptop to check my emails.Opened my New Promo folder and noticed that a label called Lone Star Records had sent over 5 new tracks. I pressed play and instantly feel in love with the music.6 months previously I had started a radio show @ Dance nation UK, going out on a Saturday night 8 till 10pm. Decided that I was going to play all 5 tunes this week. I found Kelly on Instagram and sent a message to him, that I really loved the promo’s and was going to include them in this weeks show.Long story short,6 hours later I’m chatting to Kelly on the phone and struck up a new friendship.Kelly and Lone Star Records now support me as a new and up and coming, DJ, Radio presenter and I training Producer. The Support is priceless and I’m grateful this chance meeting happened.Long may it continue.

Kelly Reverb was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and is best know for his electro/breaks pioneer work with the Southside Reverb and his funky house styles on his label, Lone Star Records. Kelly got his first big break into the DJ realm when he became resident DJ at The Hard Rock then later at Dallas' (premier) underground night club, The Lizard Lounge. He began to develop his own unique style of spinning, with a synergistic blend of house and breakbeat and released 30 records, as well as two full length CD's. Kelly's work was featured in the movie 'Blade' and he has also done remixes for many artists including the Stone Roses. His production as well as DJing skills has placed him in the top ranks of his profession
